Road Assistance Service
General Information
As a result of an accident covered by the insurance, if the repair of the vehicle approved by the company exceeds 24 hours, the insured will be given a replacement vehicle. A replacement vehicle is provided a maximum of 2 times during the policy period and for a maximum of 12 days each time.
For vehicles under 10 years old, a replacement vehicle is provided once a year and for a maximum of 5 days in case of a car breakdown.
Towing service is always provided as a result of every accident covered by the insurance.
Towing service is provided twice a year in case of a car breakdown.
Note: Valid for assistance services received in casco policies issued as of February 1, 2018.
