With Fully Comprehensive Insurance, your vehicle is covered for a wide range of eventualities, providing you with complete peace of mind. This includes protection against natural disasters, accidents, theft, and more.
What Does Fully Comprehensive Insurance Cover?
- Natural Disasters: Protection against floods, earthquakes, and storms.
- Fire, Theft, and Malicious Acts: Coverage for damage caused by fire, theft, or vandalism.
- Collisions: Covers damage from any kind of collision, regardless of fault.
- Greek Side Coverage: Fully comprehensive coverage is available in Southern Cyprus. However, you must also purchase the Greek standard third-party policy to enter the South.
- Free Breakdown & Car Hire Cover: Available twice per year for up to 4 days, starting after the first 24 hours your car is off the road.
Eligibility for Fully Comprehensive Insurance
Normally, fully comprehensive coverage is available for cars up to 10 years old. However, if your vehicle is in good condition, we may be able to extend coverage for cars up to 15 years old.
Important: Before issuing a fully comprehensive policy, we must take photographs of your car as part of the assessment process.
Alternative Option: Kısmi Kasko
If your car is too old or you cannot afford fully comprehensive coverage, we offer an alternative option called Kismi Kasko, which provides partial coverage at a lower cost.
When is Your Car Not Covered?
Car insurance in Cyprus is straightforward and should be easily understood. However, your insurance becomes immediately invalid if there is any involvement of alcohol and/or drugs.
Additionally, it is crucial to follow the correct claims procedures after an accident or any damage to your vehicle. Failure to adhere to these procedures may affect your ability to make a claim.
