Please note that new changes in the law or the fact that the law is now being enforced around Driving Licenses is now in place. Anyone classed as being a resident of the TRNC must have a valid TRNC license. If you work here or are a student here then you are no longer classed as a visitor and therefore at this time you must have a valid TRNC driving license in place within one month. Failure to show a valid TRNC driving license can deem your Insurance policy invalid by the Insurance Company and/or Authorities resulting in a fine for breaking the law but also a hefty bill if you are involved in an accident situation and your Insurance doesnt pay out.
